Redbud Roasters now has full pounds of whole bean coffee on the shelves of Rita's Natural Food Market in New Braunfels. They're located on the east side of I-35 at 1450 S. Seguin Ave, abutting the frontage road.

If you aren't able to make it to one of our farmers markets and would still like to buy a pound, then visit Cornucopia of San Marcos. They have our freshly roasted whole coffee beans available by the pound.

We will debut them today in Wimberley, and look for them this weekend in San Marcos and New Braunfels!
Now with Beans from Ethiopia!
Last week we introduced some beans from the Ethiopia regions of Yirgacheffe and Sidamo, and we will serve these until we receive our big shipment. Hopefully in the next few days, we'll get 300 lbs of beans from the Lekempti region, also known as Nek'empte. Its characteristics include nice bright acidity, wild floral apricots, chocolate and cherry notes throughout, and rich body. Keep checking back with us at area farmers markets!

Redbud Roasters now sets up at the Wimberley Farmer's Market on Wednesdays. It's held 3-6 pm in the parking lot of the Community Thrift Shop on RR12 at River Rd. That's in between the Square and Brookshire Brothers. Come see us!
Announcing Our New Decaffeinated Beans!
This week, we're finally getting in some decaf coffee beans! Their home is the foothills of the Peruvian Andes, and they are decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process, a certified organic practice that does not use any chemicals.
And of course, the beans are all Fair Trade and Organic Certified. Look for them next weekend!
